- We will not knowingly work with any individual, business, or organization involved in slavery, human trafficking, or exploitative labour practices.
- We will conduct due diligence on suppliers and service providers where relevant, especially when sourcing from high-risk regions.
- We will train and educate our staff on identifying risks of modern slavery and how to report concerns.
- We will ensure that all employment at Tiburom is freely chosen, with fair wages and working conditions, and free of coercion or threats.
